CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time you will have to pay a cancellation fee of $100. If you want to reschedule for a new date straight away, you will have to also pay a non refundable deposit of $50.00. This will be taken off the total amount of your service when you attend your appointment.
If you don’t reschedule straight after cancelling, you will have to pay a $100 cancellation fee. You will also be required to pay a $50 non refundable deposit next time you decide to book an appointment.
If you do not show up to your appointment you will be unable to book any future appointments with Taylah Elizabeth Hair.
NEW CLIENT BOOKINGS
A $50.00 non refundable deposit will be taken when making a booking. This amount will come off the total cost when you attend your appointment.
ARRIVING LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late to your appointment your service will be altered or cut short and you will still be charged the full amount of your booking.
NO EXTRAS POLICY
I kindly ask that you do not bring anyone including children with you when attending your appointment.
IF YOU ARE SICK AT YOUR APPOINTMENT
If I notice you are feeling unwell in any way when you arrive to your appointment, I will kindly refuse to complete your service and will ask you to reschedule. Please DO NOT come in if you are unwell as myself and team members can’t afford to get sick.
IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE SERVICE
I always want my clients to be 100% happy with their hair when you leave the salon. If for any circumstance you are not happy with your service I ask you to please contact me within 7 days of the booking you had with me so I can correct anything you are unhappy with.
If you contact me after the 7 day period, there will be a cost involved with correcting your colour.
